Mass Email
Send a custom message to everyone in an audience — event instructions, a schedule change, an announcement. Preview the audience first; a send can't be taken back.

Use operational only for things the recipient signed up or paid for. Announcements skip anyone who turned bulk email off.

Plain text only — it's escaped and wrapped in the MewGem email template, so HTML won't render.
